How do you use it?
We prefer to use the Shilajit resin when it is frozen or cold, as it is easier to manipulate (with scissors or a spoon). The recommended dose is 200-250mg per use, simply dissolved in hot water or tea. It is fast acting, it is non-addictive & the effects are felt within 30-60 minutes for a greater period than 4 hours.
